About Me
Angela C. Sager
Founder & Lead Consultant
I am Angela C. Sager. I am originally from Brookline, PA and I am proud to call Pittsburgh my home. I am a mother of three and family is a central part of my life.
I am a child welfare professional who works with agencies, courts, attorneys, and multidisciplinary partners within complex systems. I bring a grounded, practical, and collaborative approach to my work, with a strong focus on clear communication, strong relationships, and real-world solutions that support both professionals and the families they serve.
My experience has centered on strengthening collaboration between child welfare agencies and the court system. I focus on improving communication, documentation practices, and case preparation so that teams can work together more effectively and make well-supported decisions in high-stakes environments.
I am known for being steady under pressure, approachable, and committed to practical improvements that can be implemented in day-to-day practice. I value listening first, understanding the real challenges professionals face, and helping teams move toward clearer processes and stronger outcomes.
I care deeply about the professionals doing this work and the demands they face every day. My goal is to support systems in a way that helps staff feel more confident, more aligned, and better equipped to serve children and families.
